Valley Pool Resurfacing Inc. was established in 1981 by brothers Jeff and John Rutledge.  They have grown into the Valley's largest and most experienced pool company.  Valley Pool Plastering Inc. accomplishments could only have been achieved through dedication to workmanship, products, industry involvement and leadership.  Valley Pool Plastering Inc's employees are active members of the National Pool Plasterers Council and are one of the original developers and trainers of Pebble Tec® products in the nation.  Our experience cannot be matched.
